Roomline

Storage without the bulk

Bookshelves and slim storage that won’t eat the room.

Small homes need storage that doesn’t read as “warehouse.” Prefer bookshelves and cabinets from brands that list height, width, and depth so you can check clearances before you buy.

Shop smarter

  1. Measure wall height and the depth you can spare.
  2. Prefer open shelves or slim cabinets over deep armoires unless you have the room.
  3. Check weight / wall-mount notes on their store if you’re stacking tall pieces — and confirm dimensions there when they aren’t on the card.

Space-saving angles

When the floor is already spoken for, shop jobs that reclaim it — then confirm footprint on the brand page:

  • Murphy beds (wall beds) — check closed and open dimensions before you commit
  • Folding desks — wall or fold-away work surfaces with a listed open footprint
  • Under-bed storage — low bins and drawers; match height to your bed clearance
  • For the dining nook, pair a small table with compact dining chairs that tuck in
