Roomline is an independent editorial shopping guide for small-apartment furniture. We are not a store: when you click a product, you leave our site and buy from the brand.
This page explains what information we collect when you browse Roomline, and what we do not collect.
Who is responsible
Roomline operates this website. Product checkout, shipping, returns, and payment are handled by the merchant you buy from — not by us. Those brands have their own privacy policies.
What we collect
Site analytics
When analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use the site. That typically includes:
- Which pages you visit
- Rough location and device type (as provided by Google)
- Whether you click a product link to their store
We use this to improve the guide and see which shortlists are useful. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use analytics to build a product database of Catalog results.
GA4 may use cookies or similar technology. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google processes data.
Server and security logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (for example IP address, browser type, and request time) to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not collect
On Roomline today we do not:
- Ask you to create an account
- Take payment or store card numbers (you pay the brand directly)
- Run an email newsletter (if we add one later, we will update this page)
- Sell or share your personal information for advertising networks beyond the analytics tools described above
Product links and other sites
Product buttons open the brand’s website (live links from Shopify’s Catalog). Once you leave Roomline, that brand’s privacy policy and practices apply. We may earn a commission if you buy through our links — see our affiliate disclosure.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can use browser controls or Google’s tools to limit analytics. If analytics is disabled for this site, we simply will not load GA4.

If we change how we handle privacy, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
